The Chester County Fire Chiefs Association is currently spearheading a volunteer recruitment campaign. The focus of the campaign is to promote the importance of volunteerism and encourage residents to join their local volunteer fire company. There are a variety of opportunities available for prospective volunteers. These include firefighters; Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s); Fire Police; Junior Firefighters; and Administrative volunteers.

The Glen Moore Fire Company is always seeking volunteers at all levels. We provide all the training and equipment needed to stay safe free of charge. The Chester County Fire Chiefs Association also developed a recruitment video to showcase what it is that volunteers do and how anyone can assist the community through their local fire company. There are multiple shots and interviews with the volunteers from the Glen Moore Fire Company. The members did a great job sharing what it means to be volunteer firefighters.
