At 1549 hrs station 49 and ENG48 were dispatched to the unit block of Lauren La in West Brandywine Twp for the automatic fire alarm. ENG491 and ENG485 made the response and were told by the 911 center that the homeowner had set the alarm off from cooking. ENG491 proceeded in to check and ENG485 was returned @1556 hrs.

At 1609 hrs right after returning from the AFA, station 49, ENG48 and AMB144 were dispatched out to Route 82 and Germany Hollow Rd in West Brandywine Twp for the accident. The 911 center received calls for a 2 vehicle accident with injuries unknown and 1 vehicle was in the frot yard of a residence. ENG491 arived on scene and confirmed that there were no injuries. ENG481 and AMB144 were returned @ 1619 hrs.

To end the evening stations 49 and 48 attended the Fall Fest at the Brandywine Wallace Elementary School on Dilworth Rd in East Brandywine Twp. There the volunteers stood by while the crowd enjoyed a bon fire, and watched a parade of all the children in their Halloween costumes.
