This wednesday evening during our weekly training night the Members of the Glen Moore Fire Company took some time to learn about the use of Naloxone in helping to treat narcotic overdoses. The training was conducted by the Director of Brandywine Hospital Medic 93 Leo Sciacca. This training allows the members of the Glen Moore Fire Company to administer the life saving drug Naloxone to people suffering from a narcotic overdose.

After the training class was over members split up into two crews to continue training, the first crew conducted training on deploying and advancing a 1 and 3/4 inch hose line and setting up extension ladders. The second crew focused on drafting operations out of a dry hydrant.

Thank You to Brandywine Hospital Medic 93 Director Leo Sciacca for the excellent training opportunity.
