At 1:49am, the Glen Moore Fire Company along with other mutual aid fire companies were dispatched to assist the East Brandywine Fire Company (Station 49) with a commercial building fire. Engines 48-1 and 48-5 made the response. Crews assisted with an interior fire attack, exterior fire attack, and overhaul. GMFC remained in service for 2 hours before returning to the station.

Upon returning to the station, GMFC was dispatched for a smoke detector activation in our first due area. Again, Engines 48-1 and 48-5 made the response. Crews checked the residence and it was determined that there was no emergency.
