Membership Application

No prior firefighting experience is required. All training and equipment will be provided.

Complete all applicable areas and return to the membership secretary. Once your completed application has
been received, the membership committee will complete a background check. (See last page)Once your
background check has been completed the membership committee will make a recommendation to the
company to accept your application for membership for a probationary period of 30 days. At the completion
of your 30 day probationary period the membership of the company will determine your membership to the
Glenmoore Fire Company. If you are a junior (ages 14-17) working paper must be obtained and submitted
along with the application. Please include $5.00 with your application to cover membership dues and
background check.
