| At 0806 hours Station 49, Station 48 for one engine, and Westwood Ambulance 144 were dispatched for an auto accident at Rte 322 and Rte 82 in West Brandywine Township.
Assistant 49 arrived on scene moments later with a 2 vehicle accident, 1 injured and still in the vehicle. Engine 49 arrived and assisted Ambulance 144 in packaging and removing the subject from the vehicle. Engine 48-1 arrived and assisted with debris clean up and traffic control.
While still on scene of this accident units were notified by the PD of a 2nd accident on Rte 82 with a pick up truck overturned with possible entrapment. Units packed up from the first accident and made the response to the next one. Once on the scene of the second accident it was determined to be property damage only and in Station 35's (Wagontown) local.
With no need for services and the vehicle being off the roadway the units cleared and responded back to the first accident to assist with additional clean up. All units cleared at 0900.
