On Saturday June 8th the Glen Moore Fire Company participated in Wallace Townships Annual Community Day.
The fire company attended the event along with Ambulances 44-2, Ambulance144 and ATV44 from Westwood Fire Company, and Ladder 49 from East Brandywine Fire Company.
Ladder 49 led off the fire company portion of the event by setting up and repelling from the ladder. Glen Moore followed by setting up a course for a hand line deployment competition. The kids and adults who participated had to stretch a charged hand line through an obstacle course and spray water at a target. The fire company awarded the winners of each age bracket a gift card.
The Glen Moore Fire Company would like to thank Wallace Township for hosting a great event and thank East Brandywine Fire Company and Westwood EMS for their participation.
